Overview
Our refund and returns policy is fairly simple:
- Clothing items are custom made after purchase they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please see the size guides and ask any questions before purchasing.
- Morale patches are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Most of the stickers are made after purchase so that you get fresh adhesive and the highest quality of print possible. If there is a significant defect in the item you received please contact us at sales@thecortex.biz with a full description of defect, pictures showing same, and an invoice or proof of purchase. We will make all arrangements through email for tracking purposes.
